Avocado & Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients Required:

Makes 1 Smoothie

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 scoop of PhD Diet Whey Banana
  • 100ml of soya milk (or other milk option)
  • 30g of oats


How to make it:

1. Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
