Chocolate Brownie Banana Loaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment paper.
  2. Add the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, egg and almond milk to a bowl and whisk together to combine.
  3. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, Smart Protein, plain flour, baking powder and salt, fold to combine.
  4. Add the chopped Smart bars, fold through the mixture. Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin. Dot 3 tbsp of Smart nut butter on the top of the mixture and use a skewer to marble the nut butter through the top of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until a skewers comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool in the tin before removing and cutting into 10 slices!
