RecipesChocolate Brownie Smart Protein Loaf Written by PhD Nutrition12th June 2025 Prep Time & Cooking Time: 50 mins Serves 6 small-medium slices Ingredients required: 1 1/2 cups oat flour 1 scoop Smart Protein™ Choc Brownie 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp ground cinnamon 4 tbsp organic cacao powder 1 tbsp Galaxy hot chocolate powder 1 mashed banana 2 eggs 1 avocado 200ml unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp honey 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Toppings: (optional) 1 tbsp chia seeds a handful of blueberries a handful of chocolate swirls drizzle of skinny syrup zero calorie chocolate sauce How to make it: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Blitz the oats in a blender and add to bowl along with all the other dry ingredients. 2. In a blender, blend together the avocado and 2 eggs to achieve a creamy consistency. Mix into the dry ingredients. 3. Add the mashed banana, yoghurt, apple cider vinegar and unsweetened almond milk until you achieve a chocolate brownie texture (add less or more milk depending on consistency). 4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, add blueberries on top (optional but tasty!) and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes on the middle shelf of a fan assisted oven. 5. Once cooked, top with chocolate swirls and drizzle with the chocolate sauce. Serve on on its own warm, cold, with some Greek yoghurt or protein ice cream.
