Chocolate Caramel Overnight Oats

Ready for a plant-based breakfast? Kick-off your morning with these easy, tasty and protein-packed overnight oats that taste good and make life easier by being prepped overnight.

 

INGREDIENTS

50g oat flour

1 tsp cacao powder

1 scoop Plant Diet Whey, Belgian Chocolate

60g dairy free yogurt

130ml unsweetened milk

Caramel layer

20g dairy free yogurt

40ml unsweetened almond milk

1/2 scoop Smart Plant Salted Caramel

Toppings (Optional)-

1 tsp peanut butter

3 raspberries

Cacao nibs

 

METHOD

  1. Blitz the oats in the blender until a fine flour forms. Add to a bowl with the cacao powder, diet whey protein powder, yogurt and milk and mix to combine. Set aside.
  2. To a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk and smart plant protein until thick and combined.
  3. Spoon the chocolate oat mixture into a serving glass. Top with the caramel mixture. Place in the fridge overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, top with a drizzle of peanut butter, raspberries and some cacao nibs.
