Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients Required:

  • 30g Smart Protein™ Chocolate Brownie
  • 80ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 70g plain flour
  • 50ml water
  • 5g baking powder
  • 1 medium egg
  • How To Make It:

    1. Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl
    2. Add in the wet ingredients and mix
    3. Add water until desired consistency is reached
    4. Cook in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat
    5. Flip when bubbles start to form
    6. Add topping of choice to serve
