Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Drinking your smoothie is so 2021, it’s time to upgrade to a tasty smoothie bowl and get some tasty protein-filled goodness into you for breakfast, lunch, dinner, in fact whenever you want.

INGREDIENTS

150g frozen strawberries and blueberries

1 frozen banana

1 scoop 100% whey, vanilla creme

150ml unsweetened almond milk

15g smart nut butter, white chocolate blondie

1/2 smart bar, caramel crunch

A handful of mixed berries, to serve

METHOD

  1. Add the frozen strawberries and blueberries, frozen banana, protein powder and unsweetened almond milk to a high powered food processor.
  2. Blitz until smooth and combined. Add a splash of extra milk if needed to help blend.
  3. Pour into a serving bowl. Top with the nut butter, chopped protein bar and mixed berries. Enjoy!
