Em Furey’s Vanilla Protein Banana Bread

Preparation & Cooking Time:

40 minutes

Ingredients Required:

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 140g plain flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 scoops of PhD Vanilla Pharma Whey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Handful of choc chips
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 15g melted coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

 

How to make:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
2. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper
3. Mix the flour, sweetener, salt, baking powder & beaten eggs together
4. Add the cinnamon, vanilla whey protein, melted coconut oil & mashed bananas
5. Mix altogether & add in chocolate chips
6. Add extra choc on top (optional)
7. Bake for 30 minutes
