Ingredients 150ml unsweetened soya milk 1 scoop Smart Protein Plant Eton Mess 1 egg (substitute for a banana for vegan option) 40g oats 1tsp baking powder Optional toppings: Smart Nut Butter White Choc Blondie Greek yoghurt 1 large strawberry chopped up Servings Makes approx. 12 mini Eton Mess protein pancakes How to make it: 1. Blend all the ingredients (except the toppings) together. 2. Preheat a pan with a little bit of oil and slowly pour in the mixture to achieve mini sized pancakes, cook until each side is golden. 3.
