Eton Mess Protein PancakesFor a delicious macro-friendly breakfast or sweat treat in just a few minutes, try our simple Eton Mess protein pancakes – the perfect snack.

Ingredients

150ml unsweetened soya milk

1 scoop Smart Protein Plant Eton Mess

1 egg (substitute for a banana for vegan option)

40g oats

1tsp baking powder

Optional toppings:

Smart Nut Butter White Choc Blondie

Greek yoghurt

1 large strawberry chopped up

Servings

Makes approx. 12 mini Eton Mess protein pancakes

How to make it:

1. Blend all the ingredients (except the toppings) together.

2. Preheat a pan with a little bit of oil and slowly pour in the mixture to achieve mini sized pancakes, cook until each side is golden.

3. Add the desired toppings to your pancakes and enjoy!
