Blitz until fully combined and the mixture comes together in a big dough ball. Roll into 10 even sized balls and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Break the chocolate into small pieces and carefully melt in small increments in the microwave. Using two forks, dip each ball into the chocolate and roll until fully coated, then place onto a baking tray lined with parchment. Break the Oreos into halves, then gently push two halves into the sides of each ball to create the bat wings. Stick two edible eyes onto each ball, then place the tray in the fridge until the chocolate has set.
