Ingredients Required:
- 20g Smart Protein™ Lemon Drizzle Cake
- 165g Smart Butter™ White Choc Blondie
- 65g coconut sugar
- 40g white chocolate chips
- 1 medium egg
- 1tsp vanilla flavouring
- 0.5tsp baking soda
How To Make It:
1. Combine everything except the white chocolate chips into a bowl
2. Mix until smooth
3. Once everything is combined stir in half the white chocolate chips
4. Transfer into a lined 8-inch brownie tin
5. Flatten out as best you can
6. Top with the rest of the white chocolate chips
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175c for 8 minutes
8. Cut into approximately 9 equal-sized pieces
