MACROSÂ SERVES 6 READY IN 10 MINS PLUS 8 HOUR FREEZE TIME KCAL 24 FAT 0g CARBS 1g PROTEIN 4g INGREDIENTS 100g raspberries Handful of fresh mint leaves 2 scoops Smart Clear Whey Lime & Mint 600ml water Silicone ice lolly moulds 6 x ice lolly sticks METHOD Break the mint leaves into a jug. Add the raspberries and mash together. Add two scoops clear protein and pour in the water. Whisk together until fully combined. Pour into 6 ice lolly moulds. Secure the top and stick the lolly sticks in. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. To remove, run under warm water for 10 seconds. Enjoy!
