Mojito Ice Popsicles

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 100g raspberries
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 scoops Smart Clear Whey Lime & Mint
  • 600ml water
  • Silicone ice lolly moulds
  • 6 x ice lolly sticks

 

METHOD

 

  1. Break the mint leaves into a jug. Add the raspberries and mash together.
  2. Add two scoops clear protein and pour in the water. Whisk together until fully combined.
  3. Pour into 6 ice lolly moulds. Secure the top and stick the lolly sticks in.
  4. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  5. To remove, run under warm water for 10 seconds. Enjoy!
