Protein Banana French Toast

Ingredients

1 scoop Diet Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Creme (500g) Diet Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Creme (500g)
90gMilk
1egg
1/2Banana
120gBread of choice (e.g. sourdough)
1 tspCinnamon
ToppingsGreek yogurt, frozen berries, honey

METHOD:

1. Blend together milk, egg, vanilla protein powder, banana and cinnamon. 

2. Pour into a bowl. 

3. Add pieces of bread, cover completely and leave to soak for a few minutes.

4. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan with oil. Once heated, carefully add each piece of bread to the pan and cook through for a few minutes on all sides.

5. Stack up, add yoghurt, heated berries and a drizzle of honey
