Protein Cookie Dough Skillet

Ingredients Required:

  • 50g Smart Protein Plant Chocolate Cookie
  • 230g Chickpeas
  • 120g Apple Sauce
  • 30g Flour
  • 20g Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1tsp Vanilla Flavouring
  • How To Make It:

    1) In a food processor/blender, combine the chickpeas, the apple sauce and the vanilla flavouring and pulse until smooth
    2) Combine the rest of the ingredients and use your hands to form a ball with the dough
    3) Put half the mixture into a 5 inch cast iron skillet
    4) Top with chocolate chips and bake at 170c for 10-12 minutes
