Raspberry and White Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

300g cottage cheese 

100g frozen strawberries 

1 scoop Diet Whey, raspberry & white chocolate 

20g white chocolate chips 

1 tsp honey  



1. Add the cottage cheese, 80g raspberries and the protein powder to a blender. Blitz until smooth.

2. Pour into a Tupperware box or small loaf tin. 

3. Mash the remaining raspberries with the tsp of honey until pureed. Swirl through the ice cream mixture then top with the chocolate chips.

4. Place in the freezer for 2 hours, until soft serve consistency. Do not leave to fully harden.
