- 30g of Smart Protein Plant Salted Caramel
- 70g of Plain Flour
- 80ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Medium sized egg
- 50ml of Water
- 5g of Baking Powder
- Any other desired toppings!
How to make it:
1. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and combine.
2. Add in the Almond Milk, Egg and mix.
3. Add in the water bit by bit until the desired consistency is achieved.
4. Use a non-stick frying pan and cook on a medium heat.
5. Flip the pancake when you see bubbles forming on the surface.
6. Serve with desired toppings.
