Salted Caramel Vegan Oat SlicesGive these tasty salted caramel vegan oat slices a try! Perfect for breakfast on the go or an anytime, macro-friendly sweet treat.

Ingredients

150g oats
200ml soya milk
1 scoop Smart Plant Protein Salted Caramel 
2 mashed bananas
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds

8 Salted Caramel Vegan Oat Slices

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tin with parchment paper
2. Add the mashed bananas, maple syrup and soya milk to a bowl, then slowly add the dry ingredients; oats, protein and chia seeds and mix well (if too wet add more oats, if too dry add a little more soya milk)
3. Spoon into the prepared baking tin and bake for approx 30mins – serve warm or leave to cool and store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer!
