Strawberry & Watermelon BCAA Ice Lollies

We’ve got the perfect summer snack with our Strawberry & Watermelon BCAA Ice Lollies.  We all need something that’s a little refreshing and tasty to snack on in the summer months.  These tasty ice lollies will keep you hydrated and give you a tasty summer snack to enjoy!

This is even more important during summer when exercising and what better than to hydrate and also join in the summer fun with some tasty  Strawberry and Watermelon BCAA lollies!

 

Ingredients Required:

Makes 1 ice lolly

 

How to make it:

1. Cut the fresh strawberries into small pieces and pop them into ice lolly moulds.

2. In a protein shaker mix 1 scoop of Intra BCAA+ with 175ml of water.

3. Shake well and pour into ice lolly moulds.

4. Leave in the freezer for 4 hours to set or ideally overnight.
