Makes 1 ice lolly
- A handful of strawberries (or other fruit of your choice)
- 1 scoop of Intra BCAA+ Watermelon
- 175ml of water
How to make it:
1. Cut the fresh strawberries into small pieces and pop them into ice lolly moulds.
2. In a protein shaker mix 1 scoop of Intra BCAA+ with 175ml of water.
3. Shake well and pour into ice lolly moulds.
4. Leave in the freezer for 4 hours to set or ideally overnight.
