Strawberry & White Choc Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients Required:

Makes one serving

  • 1 scoop of Diet Whey (flavour of your choice)
  • 1 tsp of Smart Nut Butter White Chocolate Blondie (or alternative nut butter)
  • 40g of oats
  • 100ml of unsweetened soya milk
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 piece of white chocolate

 

How to make it:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Mix all the ingredients in an oven-proof dish or bowl, place the white chocolate piece in the centre and bake for 20-25 minutes.

3. Optional: top your baked oats with an extra spoonful of White Chocolate Blondie Smart Nut Butter and strawberries.
