Blackberry & Toasted Marshmallow Pre-workout

BLACKBERRY & TOASTED MARSHMALLOW PREWORKOUT

Need that pre-workout pick me up? It’s getting colder and darker out there, so make sure to get yourself ready for any session with our limited edition Toasted Marshmallow Charge (while stocks last) and go hit your goals this winter.

 

INGREDIENTS

 

130g blackberries

1 tsp fresh ginger

1 banana, chopped and frozen

100g greek yoghurt 0% fat

1 scoop Charge, toasted marshmallow flavour (or any Charge flavour of your choice)

Dash of almond milk

To serve (optional)-

1 blackberry

1 marshmallow, toasted

 

METHOD

 

  1. To a high powered blender, add all the ingredients except the blackberry and marshmallow and blitz on high power until smooth and combined.
  2. Pour into a serving glass. If using, thread the marshmallow onto a cocktail stick and carefully toast over an open flame, then add the blackberry and place on top of the glass.
  3. Enjoy!
