Vegan Chocolate Tart

VEGAN CHOCOLATE TARTS

Need a vegan treat? Try out Vegan Chocolate Tarts that are easy to make and taste just as good. There is nothing like a chocolatey dessert.

 

INGREDIENTS

 

12 Oreo biscuits

40g coconut oil, melted

150g silken tofu

1 scoop Diet Plant, Belgian chocolate flavour

80g dark chocolate, melted

 

 

METHOD

 

  1. Add the Oreos to a sandwich bag and bash with a rolling pin until a fine crumb. Add to a bowl with the melted coconut oil and stir to combine.
  2. Press the biscuit mixture between 4 small tart tins, going up the sides slightly too. Place in the fridge whilst you prepare the filling.
  3. To a bowl, mix together the silken tofu, melted dark chocolate and protein powder until smooth and thoroughly combined. Spoon between the four tart cases, and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
  4. Decorate with extra Oreos and melted chocolate if desired.
