And they only take 10 minutes! INGREDIENTS 100g peanut Butter 40g maple Syrup Pinch of salt 50g 100% Plant Belgian Chocolate flavour 15g cocoa Powder 1 Smart Bar Plant, chopped into small chunks METHOD 1. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and salt to a large mixing bowl, and mix well to combine. 2. Add the protein powder and cocoa powder and continue mixing together until it forms a crumbly mixture, then bring together using your hands. Add 1-2 tsp water if needed to help bring the dough together. 3. Divide the dough into 10 even balls, then place a piece of protein bar into the centre and shape the mixture round it. 4. Place Vegan Protein Balls onto a tray and pop in the refrigerator to store.
