Vegan strawberry overnight oats

Vegan strawberry overnight oats – a delicious macro-friendly and completely vegan breakfast treat with our Diet Plant protein, fresh strawberries and peanut butter. The breakfast recipe isn’t just super delicious, it’s also easily prepared.

Ingredients

40g oats

100g soy yogurt

120ml unsweetened almond milk

15g peanut butter

50g fresh strawberries

Servings

Makes 1 serving of overnight oats

How to make

1. Mix the oats, protein powder, yogurt and almond milk together in a bowl until combined.

2. Slice the strawberries in half and press around the edge of a serving glass (or save them for the topping).

3. Transfer half the mixture to the glass, spread the peanut butter over, then top with the remaining mixture.

4. Place in the fridge to set overnight and then enjoy your vegan strawberry overnight oats in the morning.
