White Choc Blondie Smart Bar Rocky Road Written by Team PhD 15 minutesShare Ingredients 2 Smart Protein Bar - White Chocolate Blondie (12 pack) 100gShortbread50gAlmonds50gRaspberry sweetsPinchSalt300gWhite chocolate, melted150gDark chocolate, melted METHOD: 1. Roughly chop shortbread, smart bars, almonds and sweets. 2. Add all to a large mixing bowl with a pinch of salt. 3. Melt white chocolate and dark chocolate separately. 4. Pour white chocolate over the dry ingredients and mix until completely coated. 5. Transfer into a lined baking dish and spread. 6. Drizzle with the melted dark chocolate and pop into the fridge to set. 7. Remove from the fridge and chop into rough pieces. 8. This is a perfect treat for friends and family.
