Tastes good, usually. Go for strawberry but tried the banana as it was on offer and also tastes good. Price and quality always good on PHD website so don’t bother shopping around anymore, just go straight to their site. If you’re not to fixed on the flavour you can usually pick up a good bargain with the deals on the website, no mucking about with promo codes to get a good deal.

Texture and flavour is fine, though not quite as good as Scimx I think. PhD have the best prices I've found. Nutritional info is far too limited for this type of suppliment. Contains a veriety of protein sources but does not state the ratios, so no way to tell how much is casein and soy protein. Also does not list the different amino acid and glutamine ammounts, only the total BCAA content. Price is unbeatable but limited ingredients info brings the rating down, people care about that kind of thing when taking suppliments.

The taste is a nice Strawberry flavour and the powder is fine which mixes into a smooth drink. It gives plenty of protein and allows me to train better at the gym whilst losing some fat. Used regularly by replacing 1 meal a day with protein shake enables me to lose weight and gain muscle.

It’s a nice flavour but I don’t rate it as high as the Belgian chocolate. Works really well mixed into recipes though.

I use it as part of my daily diet and exercise routine to give me that extra shot of protein to help build and maintain my muscle mass 💪. Also the different flavours on offer are great too but i have to say that the vanilla creme whey protein powder is my favourite one of all.

Great protein but less carbs which is good for fat loss while building muscle at the gym. Mixes well as a shake, can be used as a 'yoghurt' type treat and cooks well in protein recipes like pancakes and muffins.
