Directions For Use

Add 2 scoops (60g) to 350ml of Ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds.

I've been using this as I can't get hold of the coffee caramel flavour. Taste is good pleasant and can be used as a good base for a morning smoothie with frozen berries. A real help an hour before a run.

This product is value for money. One pouch can last you 30days. It tastes good whilst giving me all the vitamins and mineral you need in a healthy diet.
