I think these are as good if not better then the popular other brand. I was surprised how big the cake actually was and very tasty the orange flavour was so good. They are that good I bought a box, and I shared with my PT and she loved them too..

It’s Ok for a protein snack and there are far worse snacks out there. It’s got a very chewy dusty texture which is not great, by phd’s standards I feel it doesn’t meet the very high bar all their other products hit
