Love this product. PhD have definitely got everything right with this bar. They are delicious and so good if you are doing a Hi Protein low carb diet. Nice desert half bar or something to break the fast. Excellent.

The protein bar tastes amazing but I have a lactose intolerance and this bar is full of lactose to the point that even anti lactose tablets don’t help. Please use isolate and reduce the whey. I would then definitely buy it again.
