Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

40g rolled oats

15g Smart Protein, salted caramel

160ml water

10g dark chocolate, melted

5g dark chocolate chips

5g white chocolate, melted

2 mini cookies

 

METHOD

1. To a bowl, add the oats, protein powder and water. Stir until fully combined.

2. Use 5g of melted chocolate to decorate the rim of a serving glass.

3. Spoon in the prepared oat mixture.

4. Top with the chocolate chips, remaining melted dark chocolate and the melted white chocolate. Swirl through to marble.

5. Crush one of the mini cookies over the top and place the second on top to decorate.

6. Refrigerate overnight.
