To a bowl add the custard and melted Biscoff spread (reserve 5g for topping). Stir until fully combined and smooth. Set aside 2. Add the oat flour, protein powder, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, egg and milk. Whisk until fully combined and smooth. 3. Heat a frying pan over a medium/high heat and grease lightly. 4. Add a heaped tbsp of pancake batter to form a medium sized disc. Cook for 3 minutes on one side before flipping and cooking for a further 3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining mixture. It should make 4-5 pancakes. 5. Use a small round cookie cutter to cut a small hole in the centre of each pancake. 6. Stack them on top of each other then fill with the Biscoff custard. 7. Melt the remaining Biscoff spread and drizzle over the top.
