RecipesBanana Peanut Butter Ice Cream Written by Sarah Hancox26th May 202215th November 2023 SERVES 1 READY IN 20 MINS KCAL 415 FAT 18g CARBS 42g PROTEIN 24g INGREDIENTS 1 large banana, sliced and frozen 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 scoop Diet Whey, vanilla creme 120ml unsweetened almond milk 20g milk chocolate METHOD To a high powered blender/food processor, add the frozen banana, peanut butter, protein powder and almond milk. Blitz on high power until thick and creamy. Spoon into a small serving glass. Melt the chocolate then spread a thin layer over the top the ice cream. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes until chocolate has set. Serve immediately.
