Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

 

1 large banana, sliced and frozen

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 scoop Diet Whey, vanilla creme

120ml unsweetened almond milk

20g milk chocolate

 

METHOD

 

  1. To a high powered blender/food processor, add the frozen banana, peanut butter, protein powder and almond milk. Blitz on high power until thick and creamy.
  2. Spoon into a small serving glass. Melt the chocolate then spread a thin layer over the top the ice cream.
  3. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes until chocolate has set.
  4. Serve immediately.
