RecipesPhD Clear Whey Raspberry Mojito Trifle Written by Team PhD6th July 20233rd November 2023 Serves 3 Calories 259 Fat 10g Carbs 28g Protein 14g Ingredients 1 x 145g sachet raspberry jelly 1 scoop clear whey Mojito flavour 60g raspberries 3 Madeleine sponge, chopped into small pieces 3 x 125g pot light custard 3 tbsp greek yogurt 0% 3 strawberries, to decorate Method 1. Add the jelly sachet, clear whey and 1/2 pint of water into a protein shaker. Shake until fully combined. Pour into a three serving glasses. 2. Drop in a couple of raspberries into each glass. Place into the fridge until set (4 hours). 3. Remove from the fridge. Sprinkle over the chopped Madeleine sponge then pour over the custard. 4. Top each trifle with a tbsp greek yogurt and a fresh strawberry. 5. Refrigerate until required.
