Raspberry & White Chocolate Crispy Bars

We all love late afternoon snacks especially after a long day, our Raspberry & White Chocolate Crispy Bars are just the ticket. Using our best selling diet whey, these tasty treats are low sugar and great tasting.

Fun and easy to make, tasty to eat and all you need for a sweet protein kick.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

200g white chocolate

70g coconut oil or butter

2 scoops Diet Whey raspberry white chocolate flavour

100g rice krispies

3g freeze dried raspberries

 

METHOD

  1. Break the white chocolate into a large heatproof bowl, add the butter or coconut oil and begin to microwave in 30-second increments until melted and smooth.
  2. Add Rice Krispies and protein powder then stir to combine.
  3. Spoon into a lined square tin, sprinkle over the freeze-dried raspberries and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
  4. Remove from the fridge and cut into 10 bars. Enjoy!
