These tasty little protein balls are the perfect snack for on the go when you need something sweet with the calories. All treat without the cheat plus they are super quick and easy to make you’ll be tucking into them before you know it.

INGREDIENTS

80g oat flour (See note)

160g smooth peanut butter

100g honey

2 scoops Diet whey raspberry & white chocolate flavour

9g tube freeze-dried raspberries

100g white chocolate

METHOD

Take a large bowl, and then add the oat flour, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and 6g freeze-dried raspberries (saving a small handful for decoration). Stir until a thick dough-like consistency forms.

Roll into 19-20 even-sized balls and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Break the chocolate into a bowl and place it in the microwave on low power for 10-15 second increments, until melted.

Using a skewer or 2 forks, dip each of the balls in the chocolate and place them onto a baking tray. Sprinkle the remaining freeze-dried raspberries on top, then place them in the fridge until set.

NOTE

If you don’t have oat flour it’s not a problem, simply add some rolled oats to a blender or food processor and blitz until a fine flour forms.
