SERVES 1 READY IN 10 MINUTES MACROS KCAL 214 FAT 5g CARBS 23g PROTEIN 17g INGREDIENTS 20g Diet Whey, vanilla creme 50ml unsweetened almond milk 100g light custard 1 x 10 cal strawberry jelly pot 60g strawberries, sliced 12.5g squirty cream METHOD Mix together the protein powder and milk until a paste forms, add the custard and beat together until smooth. Spoon the jelly pot into a serving glass, top with the sliced strawberries, followed by the custard mix.
