Strawberry Trifle

This Strawberry Trifle is a bit of a twist on a classic and includes Diet Whey, almond milk, light custard, strawberry jelly & cream. Its super delicious & only takes 10 minutes to make!

INGREDIENTS

20g Diet Whey, vanilla creme

50ml unsweetened almond milk

100g light custard

1 x 10 cal strawberry jelly pot

60g strawberries, sliced

12.5g squirty cream

METHOD

  1. Mix together the protein powder and milk until a paste forms, add the custard and beat together until smooth.
  2. Spoon the jelly pot into a serving glass, top with the sliced strawberries, followed by the custard mix.
  3. Serve with squirty cream and a sliced strawberry
