RecipesEm Furey’s Vanilla Protein Banana Bread Written by PhD Ambassadors3rd April 202012th January 2021 Preparation & Cooking Time: 40 minutes Ingredients Required: 2 ripe bananas mashed 140g plain flour 2 eggs beaten 2 scoops of PhD Vanilla Pharma Whey 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon powder Handful of choc chips 2 tsp sweetener 15g melted coconut oil Pinch of salt How to make: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C 2. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper 3. Mix the flour, sweetener, salt, baking powder & beaten eggs together 4. Add the cinnamon, vanilla whey protein, melted coconut oil & mashed bananas 5. Mix altogether & add in chocolate chips 6. Add extra choc on top (optional) 7.
