Eton Mess Blondies

Ingredients Required:

 

How to make it:

1. Mix all ingredients excluding the raspberries together until smooth
2. Stir in the raspberries
3. Pour the mixture into a 9×9″ lined tin and bake at 180C (350F) for 20-25mins
4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing into pieces.
