Salted Caramel & White Choc Banana Protein Loaf

How to make:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl mash 2 ripe bananas, then add the butter, eggs & vanilla extract and stir well.
3. Add the baking soda, the protein powder and slowly incorporate the flour.
4. Finally add the Greek yoghurt and mix all thoroughly.
5. Add the mixture to a lined loaf tin and cook for approximately 45mins.
6. Once cooked leave to cool for 1 hour.
7. Whilst the loaf is cooling, melt the Smart Butter & white chocolate and spoon on top of the loaf.
8. Top with crushed mini eggs or desired toppings.
