Salted Caramel Protein Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients Required:

Makes one smoothie

  • 1 scoop of Smart Protein Salted Caramel
  • 2 tbsp of instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of hot (not boiling) water
  • 150-200ml of unsweetened soya milk

 

How to make it:

1. Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a small bowl. Then hand whisk the mixture in a fast motion until it forms semi-stiff peaks and changes to a lighter colour.

2. In a shaker, mix together the soya milk and a scoop of Smart Protein.

3. Pop some ice in a coffee mug, pour the protein shake on top and then top with the whipped coffee.

4. Optional – top with more ice, add a straw to mix and enjoy!
