It’s fairly common for people to be trying more vegan food throughout January, so why not give one of our vegan protein powders a try?

This is one of 4 plant-based recipes coming up in January to give you some inspiration of different ways you can use our plant-based protein powders, so make sure you come back for more!

First up we have Strawberries and Cream Chia Seed pudding with our Diet Plant powder. Chia seeds are a great source of fibre, protein and healthy fats and our Diet Plant powder is low calorie, low in fat and sugar and contains CLA, L-Carnitine and Green Tea extract to support with weight loss.

Ingredients

1 scoopPhD Diet Plant – Strawberries and Cream flavour
150mlOat Milk
2 tbspChia Seeds
1 tbspAgave Nectar
HandfulStrawberries
100gPlain Soya Yoghurt
Vegan White Chocolate (optional)
This makes 2 servings.

Recipe

  1. 1. Combine your oat milk, protein powder, chia seeds, agave nectar and ~3 strawberries either in a blender (if you prefer a smoother texture) or mix well, if mixing, ensure you have cut your strawberries into small pieces.
  2. 2. Take your container and add your plain soya yogurt base. In this video we have also used sliced strawberries around the edge of our container, this is optional!
  3. 3. You can then pour your chia seed mix on top of your yogurt before topping with some more strawberries. You then need to refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. This is what gives the chia seed pudding it’s unique texture!
  4. 4. After this it’s ready to enjoy! We also decided to add some vegan white chocolate, we recommend, but it is optional!
