Weekdays: Orders placed before 9pm will be delivered the next day - including on Saturdays (For example if you order at 8.45pm on a Tuesday, you’ll receive your delivery on Wednesday). Orders after 9pm will be delivered the following day - including on Sundays (For example if you order at 10pm on Friday, you’ll receive your delivery on Sunday).
Weekends: Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next day - including Sundays (For example if you order at 12.15pm on a Saturday, you’ll receive your delivery on Sunday). Orders after 1pm will be delivered the following day (For example if you order at 3pm on Sunday, you’ll receive your delivery on Tuesday).
Bank Holidays: Orders will not be delivered on Bank Holidays, so any outstanding Next Day orders will be delivered on the following non-holiday day. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will not be collected from our warehouse until the next non-holiday day, for delivery the following day.

We do ship to BFPO addresses (with Royal Mail) but for active combat zones there is a strict 2kg weight limit (as with all deliveries to BFPO addresses), so please take this into account when ordering. As a guide, with careful packaging we can just get away with a 1.6kg tub. All orders under this weight limit will be treated as standard UK orders. All orders over this weight will be priced incrementally according to their weight (£5 per 2kg increase). If you have any queries regarding a BFPO address, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist with your order.
Please note that for deliveries going overseas, you may be subject to pay duty/additional import fees.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders soon after they have been made. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details or payment methods. If you need to change any of the details we would advise contacting our customer service team, requesting cancellation of your order, and then placing a new order once our team have confirmed cancellation.
If you do wish to cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed. Due to how quickly our orders are dispatched we cannot guarantee all order cancellation requests. If your order is not cancelled in time, you can of course return the products to us for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning products.
In the event that you are no satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you wish to return your parcel, you can do so through our returns portal. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any returns outside of the 14-day period may be accepted at the discretion of PhD Nutrition
- We are unable to offer part refunds on products that have been purchased as part of a bundle deal
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with our requirements
EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to exchange a product, please note we are only able to offer flavour exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative product, please return the item and purchase the new product separately.

We understand that clothing sizes vary, although we try to make our clothing sizes as clear as possible. For this reason, we offer free returns on our clothing range. Clothing must be returned in new condition with all tags still attached. To return an item of clothing please contact Customer Services who will arrange a collection firstname.lastname@example.org
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact Customer Services in the first instance to provide photos and as much information as possible. Please email email@example.com
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's card/PayPal account and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
