Chocolate Topped Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients Required:

  • 25g Smart Protein™ Peanut Butter Cup
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 200ml water
  • 200g 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 80g oats
  • 25g chocolate chips
  • 7g Truvia
  • How To Make It:

    1. Add the oats, water, almond milk and Truvia to a large bowl and stir
    2. Microwave for 3-5 minutes, stir for 30 seconds
    3. When cooled for 3-4 minutes, add the Greek yogurt and Smart Protein and mix until smooth
    4. Transfer into a different bowl
    5. Microwave the chocolate chips in a small bowl until melted and smooth (approx. 30 seconds)
    6. Pour and spread over the oats to form a topping
    7. Chill overnight
    8. Add topping of choice to serve
