Add the oats, water, almond milk and Truvia to a large bowl and stir 2. Microwave for 3-5 minutes, stir for 30 seconds 3. When cooled for 3-4 minutes, add the Greek yogurt and Smart Protein and mix until smooth 4. Transfer into a different bowl 5. Microwave the chocolate chips in a small bowl until melted and smooth (approx. 30 seconds) 6. Pour and spread over the oats to form a topping 7. Chill overnight 8.
