Break the dark chocolate into a bowl, add the boiling water and stir. If needed place the bowl in the microwave in 10 second increments until the chocolate is melted. 2. Finely dice the protein bars, and bash the mini eggs into smaller pieces. 3. Fold through the marshmallow, chopped protein bars and half of the mini eggs. 4. Spoon into a lined 1lb (small) loaf tin. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. 5. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the rocky road. Sprinkle over the remaining mini eggs. 6. Cut into 6 slices.
