Protein & BCAA Popsicles

Protein Popsicles

Ingredients Required:

Makes 3 Serving

  • 1 cup of non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of your favourite Smart Protein
  • 1 cup of frozen berries of your choice
  • ½ cup almond milk (or other milk)
  • Optional: some honey (or other sweetener)

 

How to make it:

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into 3 popsicle moulds, then place a popsicle stick into each mould.
3. Place into the freezer for a few hours or overnight

BCAA popsicles

Ingredients Required:

Makes 3 Serving

  • 1-2 scoops of your favourite Intra BCAA+
  • Water
  • Optional: fruit of your choice

 

How to make it:

1a. (Without optional fruit) Mix BCAA powder with water and pour into popsicle moulds.
1b. (With optional fruit) Add BCAA, water and fruit in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into popsicle moulds and leave in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
