Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes

Makes 6 medium sized pancakes

Ingredients Required:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 scoop of PhD Smart Protein Salted Caramel flavour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 100ml of unsweetened almond milk, 3 eggs
  • Ingredients for the Toppings:

  • 1 PhD Smart Cake Jaffa Cake
  • maple syrup & chocolate spread ( optional topping)
  • How To Make It:

    1. In a blender blitz the oats to make oat flour, then add the remaining ingredients!
    2. Preheat a pan with a little oil on a medium heat, wait 2 mins until warm and then begin to spoon your pancake batter into pan x2 at a time
    3. Transfer to plate to stack (adding chocolate spread in-between each pancake if you wish)
    4. Top with a cut up PhD Smart Cake Jaffa Cake and drizzle with maple syrup!
