Vegan Blueberry & Chocolate Cookie Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients Required:

  • 1 scoop of PhD Chocolate Cookie Smart Protein Plant
  • 100ml of unsweetened soya milk or other dairy free alternative
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 30g Oats
  • Desired toppings: strawberries, blueberries, banana, nuts, seeds etc…

 

How to make it:

1. In a blender mix the milk, protein powder, blueberries and oats
2. Add to bowl and add desired toppings
3. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve
