The choc fudge brownie version is probably my favourite tasting PhD product and I like the biscuit crumb texture. I find the extra carbs useful. However, I'm not big or a 'gainer', mainly doing HIIT-type exercises, so I usually use half the standard portion or make a blend with Diet Whey. It's also great as a breakfast substitute when I'm going out early.

Tastes abit grainy unless blended in an electric blender. Also the scoop size is the same size and the top of the PhD shaker making it really hard to get it in the shaker without spilling it all over.
