This is really tasty, it reminds me of hot ribena. I'm currently on prep for a show and have always been a terrible sleeper but I've not woken during the night taking these

Brilliant product I have played Ice/inline hockey for years and it has always been a problem to switch off afterwards due to late trainings , this has been great for me helps me relax and switch off especially as a warm tea.
