Intra BCAA+ is formulated with premium hydrolysed whey isolate to help deliver 7 grams of essential branched chain amino acids per 15 gram serving, along with 2400mg of L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in the body. It is a conditionally essential amino acid, which means our bodies use more of it during exercise compared to the amount our bodies are synthesising.

Nice tangy and sour apple flavour. High protein, bcaas, exactly what I wanted. Bought when half price, wouldn't pay full price though as it doesn't last that long. Would buy again in other flavours.

Not got around to trying this flavour yet due to the gyms being shut and my home workouts not being as intense but the product is good overall. I've used all the other flavours and always Have good workouts using it. The mango one is one of the nicest tasting supplements I've had though so can't wait to try this.
