It keeps drink nice and cool. WARNING: if put upside down, it leaks. Doesn't work as a shaker! Residual powder. Drinking hole is too small. I use it as a water bottle when I want water to stay cool.

This was a FREE GIFT WOW!!!!!! My Husband took a liking to this! I hope they come around again l may get my hands on one in the near future. It’s a 750ml metal container for hot or cold with built in shaker. All easy clean and stylish too we live at a Seaside destination so a White drinks container is better for the Sun not catching it all day at the beach. Fantastic FREE GIFT.

Great design. Love that it’s metal but double walled so you don’t feel how cold it is, but the opening design is terrible. Needs to be much larger to let you actually get a drink. Tried it once to make a shake and it was terrible as all the powder stayed at the bottom. I just use it as a drinks bottle

this one needs a bit of work to be perfect the actual mixing bit /top is a bit of a faff .Sometimes guys simple is best . the original style wasn't as pretty but worked better . IMHO .

Not that keen on this product. Their normal plastic Shaker is far better. Fairly heavy and robust. The mixer is a plastic cone that screws to the lid when not in use. But have replaced with a metal mixing ball instead. (Plastic bottle has metal mixing ball.) The cone does not get any stuck protein from the bottom of the cup. Only used as free with purchase. Most certainly would not spend money on this item. To put politely leave it alone.

Shaker is brilliant! Thrilled that these style are now being made. The small screw drinking lid could be a tighter seal. I think it this was a metal on metal lid, this would be the perfect shaker
