Best product PhD offers by a country mile and the best meal replacement I’ve ever had. Tastes great, mixes superbly. If you’re mixing with milk, maybe try a bit more milk than what it says on the instructions.

Product taste is good and definitely more filling than breakfast cereal etc but one thing I would say is the packaging could be at least half the size, the tub is huge for the amount of product!
